When you enter one of our competitions, your ticket number will be emailed to you straight away. If you enter multiple competitions in the same checkout, your order number becomes your entry for all of them — so there’s no need to buy separate tickets for each prize.

Right now, all of our competitions are completely free — so there’s no payment needed. To claim a free ticket, you’ll just need to sign in. It’s a quick process, and we only ask for your name, email, and phone number so we can contact you if you win.

Once you’re signed in, simply choose the competition you want, add it to your cart, and check out. We’ll then send you a confirmation email with your ticket number inside

At the moment, all of our competitions are completely free, so it’s the perfect time to get involved while we’re in our trial stage. We do plan to introduce paid competitions in the future, but even then, we’ll always offer free competitions for anyone who prefers not to pay.

Yes — absolutely. We make our draws as fair and random as possible by using an independent online service called Random.org. All valid ticket numbers for that competition are entered, and the generator selects a winner completely at random. The first number drawn is the winning one

As soon as a winner is confirmed, we’ll contact you straight away. For cash prizes, we usually pay out immediately via bank transfer. If you’d prefer a different payment method, that’s no problem — we can arrange an alternative that suits you, and we’ll discuss it privately by email.

If your prize is a physical item, we’ll either deliver it in person or send it via tracked and signed‑for mail, depending on what works best.
