Cash Cow Competitions (āweā, āusā, āourā) operates skillābased prize competitions for UK residents. Competition entries are digital services, not physical goods, and are nonāreturnable once submitted.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.
1. COMPETITION ENTRIES ARE NONāREFUNDABLE
All paid entries are final once submitted.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Incorrect answers
- Change of mind
- Duplicate entries submitted by the entrant
- Failure to enter correct contact details
- Failure to read the competition description
- Not winning a competition
- Entering after the closing date
This is because entries are processed immediately and included in the draw.
2. WHEN A REFUND MAY BE ISSUED
A refund will only be issued if:
- A technical error on our website caused your entry to fail
- You were charged but your entry was not recorded
- A competition is cancelled by us before the draw takes place
- A duplicate payment was taken due to a system error
If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded automatically.
3. FREE ENTRY ROUTE
A free postal entry route is available for every competition. This ensures no purchase is required to participate.
Because a free entry route exists, paid entries are treated as optional convenience purchases and are therefore nonārefundable unless covered under Section 2.
4. DIGITAL SERVICES EXEMPTION (UK LAW)
Under UK consumer law, digital services that are delivered immediately and fully performed are not eligible for cancellation or refunds once the service has begun.
By submitting an entry, you agree that:
- The service begins immediately
- You lose your right to cancel once the entry is submitted
5. ERRORS, ISSUES, OR PAYMENT PROBLEMS
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue, contact us at:

We will investigate and respond promptly.
6. PROCESSING REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
